Continental Equipment's washers utilize a rotary drum design to process small parts with high production volumes. These units can be furnished to accommodate ferrous or non-ferrous part production quantities from 100 lb/hr to 100,000 lb/hr. Product with sizes as small as .020" can be processed. Single and multi-process stage units are available. Optional ambient blow off or hot air dryer, and filtration systems are also available.

Special combination washer systems that are unique to our customers process requirements are designed and manufactured at our facility. These units include combination flat belt/drum washers or flat belt/monorail systems each designed to offer our customers the ability to process a wider range of products through a single system. Special design considerations are given to the use of a single process spray pump and heat source to serve both process lines with the operators option to shut down either process.
